How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Hoopr account directly from the Hoopr app. This page describes the process for Google Play compliance and does not change any in-app account functionality.

To delete your account:

1. Open the Hoopr app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts to complete the deletion.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, except for information we may need to retain as described below.

What happens to your data

When you delete your Hoopr account, we remove your account profile, player data, game stats, workout history, and other personal information associated with your account from active use.

In some cases, we may need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-recordkeeping purposes. For example, this may include transaction records, records required to comply with legal obligations, or data used to protect against abuse or security threats. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is not used for other purposes.
